Never Fail Vanilla Sponge
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2cup cornflour
1/2cup caster sugar
1 Table spoon Flour
Beat eggs until thick
Add sugar slowly while beating
Beat till white and thick (approx. 8 minutes)
Add sifted dry ingredients and fold gently
Bake in 2 greased, lined 20cm cake tin for 12 mins @ 180 degrees
Touch top and if it springs back its cooked
Cool down and fill with Best Berries Jam, Whipped Cream
Dust with icing sugar and garnish with Best Berries Fresh or Freeze dried fruit
