*Please note: No food cooking or heating facilities are provided and parties may not bring their own equipment. Strictly no open flames.

Birthday Party Packages

Pick & Play Birthday Party #1

For ages 5-8. All the fun of picking your own strawberries combined with an age-appropriate inflatable play!

This includes:

  • 2 hours Inflatable Fun Pass to our Strawberry Village (age dependent)

  • Private picnic area for 2hrs.

  • Entry to pick your own strawberries.

  • A take-home punnet of PYO strawberries (approx.300g).

  • A real fruit ice cream - regular. 

  • A Party Host for the smooth running of your party.

*A minimum requirement of 10 children is required

Optional Add-on: Our brand-new build-your-own food stations are perfect for kid's parties!

    • Price per child (min 10 children)

      • Under 5 years $18.50

      • 5-8 years $28.50

      • 8-16 years $30.50

    • Adults: $5 per person: This includes Strawberry PYO entry for all attending adult guests. Buckets of strawberries can be booked for adults through the booking form or paid for separately on the day.

    • Catering stations available from just $15.50 per person

Pick & Play Birthday Party #2

For ages 8-16. Picking (and snacking) on strawberries, mixed with just-right inflatable action for older kids.

This includes:

  • 2 hours Inflatable Fun Pass to our Minion Maze or Obstacle Run (age dependent)

  • Private picnic area for 2hrs.

  • Entry to pick your own strawberries.

  • A take-home punnet of PYO strawberries (approx.300g).

  • A real fruit ice cream - regular. 

  • A Party Host for the smooth running of your party.

Splash Park Birthday Party

Let the kids cool off in our popular Summer Splash Park! Suitable for ages up to 12 years.

Your booking includes:

  • Splash Park tickets to a session of your choice (90mins)

  • Entry to pick your own strawberries

  • A take-home strawberry punnet

  • Real fruit ice cream

  • and more!

FAQs for Birthday Parties

  • You can arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your booking (e.g. 12.15pm fo a 12.30pm booking.

    You will not be allowed to enter the private booking area sooner than 15 minutes before.

  • Yes, you can bring your own food and drink or select from our catering options. Please note we have a strict no alcohol policy, and there can be no cooking/heating of food with no open flames on site (with the exception of birthday cake candles).

  • Yes, please let us know if you’d like to store the cake in our fridge when you arrive. Alternatively, you can order a Good Planet Bday Cake when you book your party.

  • We have priority parking spaces available for events, marked ‘Event Parking’. Please turn right at the top of the driveway - you’ll find ‘Event Parking’ on the right-hand side by the grass.

  • Yes! Let your Party Host know if you’d like to purchase tickets to any other activities and these can be added to your final bill. Our activities have height/age restrictions so please ensure your child meets these requirements first. For health and safety, our team will measure your child’s height before admitting them to any activities.

  • We are an entirely outdoor venue, so please check the forecast and get in touch with us at least 24 hours before your party if you wish to reschedule due to poor weather. Our Adventure Park activities can’t operate in rain or high winds for safety reasons. PYO and our cafe will remain open rain or shine. Find our full cancellation policy here.

  • The inflatables, including the Inflatable Rock Wall, have an age restriction of 12 years old. Adults are permitted to enter the inflatables to assist a child for safety reasons. Adults can participate in other adventure park activities such as the Mega Slide and Zorbs.

  • You’re welcome to decorate your space as much as you like, but please refrain from using confetti and silly string.

  • You will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. On the day of your party, the total number of guests will be counted (children & adults), plus any additional purchases (e.g. adventure park activities, extra ice creams). The remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of your party.

  • We require confirmation of total numbers of children and adults at least 24 hours before your party. All adults attending the party are $5 each which covers entry to pick & eat in the strawberry fields. Adults who are dropping off/picking up children from the party will not be counted.

  • Please ensure all guests wear appropriate footwear. Children must wear socks on the inflatables at all times unless advised otherwise by our team.

  • Your booking includes a 2 hour pass to the Obstacle Run, Minion Maze, or Strawberry Village inflatables dependent on age. Additional Adventure Park tickets can be purchased on the day.

  • Children under 1 year old are free and should not be counted in the total number of children attending when making your booking.
