Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?
We strive to ensure all our facilities are wheelchair-friendly, including the ice cream shop and cafe. Most paths within PYO are accessible for wheelchair users, however, as we are a working farm the ground can be uneven at times. Please contact us ahead of your arrival if you, or someone in your group, has mobility issues so that we can assist with ease of access to PYO.
Missing any personal belongings?
If you are still at the farm, please report this to our team at the PYO or cafe counter. If you have left the farm, please email us with a description of your lost item and we will try to track it down for you! -
Enjoy a train ride when you purchase PYO entry, around our beautiful berry farm.
