Berry Pavlova

6 Egg Whites

3 Cups Caster Sugar

½ Tablespoon Vanilla

½ Tablespoon Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Cornflour

3 Tablespoons Best Berries Strawberry Powder

½ Cup Boiling Water


Beat everything except the Strawberry Powder & boiling water together – Beat till firm peaks appear

Add and fold in the Strawberry Powder and boiling water


Pour out onto a lined baking tray into a high circle.

Bake for 1 ½ hrs @110 degrees or until its crisp and lifts off the paper.

Turn the oven off and leave Pavlova in until it cools

Whip Cream, and top with cream, and freeze dried fruit of your choice.
