Fees: The PYO Season Pass fee is a one-time payment. The fee is non-refundable except as provided in the "Cancellation and Refunds" section.
Exclusions: The PYO Season Pass (hereinafter referred to as Pass) entitles passholders to unlimited entry into PYO strawberries only.
The Pass does not entitle the passholder to enter raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries or any other pick-your-own fruit. Standard entry fees to these PYO fruits apply, as advertised on the day.
The Pass does not include PYO buckets, boxes, punnets or other containers. Passholders are entitled to a 5% discount off PYO Strawberry buckets only. PYO entry entitles Passholders, and paying non-passholders, to enter the PYO fields, pick and consume berries whilst in the fields. Passholders intending to remove berries from the fields must first purchase an approved Good Planet bucket, box or punnet to pick strawberries, or any other berry, into. You may be asked to present a receipt for any fruit being removed from the PYO fields.

Access: Access to the farm and its facilities is subject to availability and may be restricted during certain periods due to weather conditions, maintenance, or special events. All visits must be made within our advertised open hours, as stated on our website.
Early-Bird Access: Passholders will be notified in writing as early-bird PYO access becomes available. Specific days, times, and areas may be specified. It is the responsibility of the Passholder to confirm fruit availability prior to visiting.
