FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I arrive early to set up?

You can arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your booking (e.g. 12.15pm for a 12.30pm booking.

You will not be allowed to enter the private booking area sooner than 15 minutes before.

Can I bring my own party food?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink or select from our catering options. Please note we have a

strict no alcohol policy, and there can be no cooking/heating of food with no open flames on site (with the

exception of birthday cake candles).

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Yes, please let us know if you’d like to store the cake in our fridge when you arrive. Alternatively, you can

order a Good Planet Bday Cake when you book your party.

Where can I park?

We have priority parking spaces available for events, marked ‘Event Parking’. Please turn right at the top

of the driveway - you’ll find ‘Event Parking’ on the right-hand side by the grass.

Can we add other Adventure Park activities to our booking?

Yes! Let your Party Host know if you’d like to purchase tickets to any other activities and these can be

added to your final bill. Our activities have height/age restrictions so please ensure your child meets

these requirements first. For health and safety, our team will measure your child’s height before

admitting them to any activities.

What happens if it rains?

We are an entirely outdoor venue, so please check the forecast and get in touch with us at least 24 hours

before your party if you wish to reschedule due to poor weather. Our Adventure Park activities can’t

operate in rain or high winds for safety reasons. PYO and our cafe will remain open rain or shine. Find our

Can I decorate my party space?

You’re welcome to decorate your space as much as you like, but please refrain from using confetti and

silly string.

How does payment work?

You will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. On the day of your party, the total number of

guests will be counted (children & adults), plus any additional purchases (e.g. adventure park activities,

extra ice creams). The remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of your party.

Can I add more adults on the day?

We require confirmation of total numbers of children and adults at least 24 hours before your party. All

adults attending the party are $5 each which covers entry to pick & eat in the strawberry fields. Adults

who are dropping off/picking up children from the party will not be counted.

Shoes and socks

Please ensure all guests wear appropriate footwear. Children must wear socks on the inflatables at all

times unless advised otherwise by our team.

Do we have access to the whole Adventure Park?

Your booking includes an Inflatable Rock Wall pass (for kids aged 5-12 years) and passes for our two

main inflatables - the Minion Maze (suitable for ages 4+) and Strawberry Village (suitable for ages 0-5).

Do you charge for infants?

Children under 1 year old are free and should not be counted in the total number of children attending

when making your booking.

Can adults play on the inflatables too?

The inflatables, including the Inflatable Rock Wall, have an age restriction of 12 years old. Adults are

permitted to enter the inflatables to assist a child for safety reasons. Adults can participate in other

adventure park activities such as the Mega Slide and Zorbs.
